Interior, Comfort, and Cargo
The Blazer EV is strictly a two-row affair, and from photos we can see a sporty interior-design motif that nicely matches the SUV’s aggressive exterior styling. Round air vents flank the dashboard, and in RS and SS trims Chevrolet has adopted a two-tone black-and-red color scheme—but we expect a more monotone look to be available too for those who don’t appreciate the flash. While there is adequate leg room in both rows, we found headroom lacking when we had a chance to sit inside a pre-production SS model.
Fuel Economy
Fuel economy ratings for the Blazer EV haven’t been released and likely won’t be until closer to the SUV’s on-sale date in the summer of 2023. When we get a chance to test the Blazer EV for ourselves, we’ll take it on our 75-mph highway fuel economy route and update this story with test results and observed driving range.
