The tuck was checked in at 8:30am and I was told it would be ready for pick up in a few hours. I had a new key cut and fob programmed. I was told it was ready for pick up at 3pm and when I got there at 3:45pm it still had not been started and that it would take another hour or so. I was told the oil would be checked and reset the oil life. This was not the best customer service.

Good service. My only concern was I was messaged to my phone that I needed new engine and passenger air filters as an urgent need. Service inspection gave green okay that they were just fine. Why the difference????

I needed a new battery for my car and was told after it was installed and paid for that it only has a 2 year 20,000 mile warranty. If I had known that I would have bought a car battery somewhere else that has a lifetime warranty. Very disappointed especially for the cost

I was told that I would be kept up to date on progress. Days went by and I had to call or text to see where they were in progress. The repairs took two weeks to complete. And when I asked what could have caused the EGR valve to go bad, I was told mileage was most likely the reason. I have 96k miles on my truck. If I need to spend $6k every 96k miles. I will consider another brand of truck.

Customer states; The Service representatives were amazing. Gave me a quote to replace my headlight and moved forward. Estimate $240. The technicians reported it was a relay that was bad (Not the bulb or a fuse) which I prior reported as being fine since I trouble shoot the issue. I was told they needed to order the relay which would leave my vehicle “Admin Deadline” until it came in. I was also informed the estimate was raised to $600. My appointment came and the fixed the problem. It was a broken wire at the connector where they had to “Splice” two wires together. The Service representative brought me the female connector with two snips of wire and identified it as the culprit. I paid the bill and departed. I than submitted the report to the department I work for to cover my expense. After submitting the expense, I was told to take the vehicle to my Technician for validation. The Technician lost his mind and stated the obvious. Bottom line is: I wasn’t paying for a relay, a lightbulb or a fuse; I was paying $180 (Parts) for two wires being connected. $380 in labor for the Technician (Which we get they’re doing a job); however two wire connectors costing $180 is defrauding the customer. I like to believe Honesty and integrity are applied with a professional organization, but with Everett Chevrolet, it doesn’t add up. My Technician also pointed out that the service report provided was what they call “Pencil whipped”. They say they are servicing multiple things, topping of fluids, checking tire pressures and such. The Technician said all POL’s (Petroleum, Liquids, Oils) were definitely not checked where they said they did. Since I was assigned to work the Everett area I chose their location. I should have gone with Monroe’s Speedway Chevrolet dealership. We’ve always been provided the utmost professional service and integrity there.

I scheduled service for new tires about 6 weeks in advance of my appointment. On the day of the appointment (a Monday), I arrived only to be told that the tires needed to be ordered from the parts department. This meant I had to place the order right then and wait for the tires to arrive, with my service rescheduled for Thursday of that same week. My main disappointment stems from the fact that I booked this so far ahead, yet no one reached out to discuss ordering the tires or the potential need to reschedule. It felt like a complete lack of communication and preparation on their end, which wasted my time and caused unnecessary hassle. That said, Dan Flora, the service rep, was actually the one who provided the initial quote on the tires and helped resolve the scheduling issues. He honored my 15% off coupon and the $1 | 852 sats over dealer cost pricing, which I appreciated. Dan was professional and went out of his way to make things right where he could. Overall, while Dan Flora's assistance was a bright spot, the dealership's process needs serious improvement in terms of proactive communication and inventory management. I hope they address this to avoid frustrating other customers in the future.

The dealership did a good job and did what they could on a minimal level. The problem in lies with GM and the fact that they don't make the part for my 2015 Suburban. There for I was not able to safely drive my vehicle anymore. I reached out to GM, and they said there is nothing they could help me with. Only when I prompted the service writer did he come up with an alternative that was 3 times the cost of the original problem but would fix the problem as a whole. I received better service from multiple independent shops when I reached out about the problem, and they were all extremely understanding and knowledgeable. This is the second time I have had issues with GM not having a part for this vehicle. I have lost faith with GM and Chevy. The dealership in this case I feel was the middleman.

My 2022 Bolt has this error message “Propulsion Power Reduced”. Service Rep said I needed a new battery under warranty and will be fixed in 2-3 weeks. Dealership paid for a rental car. After 1 week, I was told the car is ready. At pickup, I was told that only new software was installed per instructions from the GM Tech Center. When I asked if I can still charge to 100%, the answer was “I don’t know”. When I went to my car and tried to set the charge to 100%, it would go only to 80%. I went back to the Service Rep and asked, “When can I charge to 100%?”. The answer was again, “I don’t know”. This is totally unacceptable.

The attitude of the shop employees is very poor! Leaving a note on my front seat "Clean your car" is inappropriate and rude. The terms of the 7500 mile check up were not honored. The app said a free tire rotation was included. They did not honor that. If it’s only at the dealership where I bought my car, that should be communicated on the app. The service was mediocre. Chevrolet dealers should treat all Chevy customers equal.

Steve was great and I know he involved multiple techs to help me understand the issue with the DEF. It appears that the engineers do not believe that your average customer does not have the ability to understand how a gauge works so they have designed it to ignore the gauge and tell you incorrectly how much DEF you have based on a number of factors that have nothing to do to your actual situation. Once again Disappointing.

My relatively new car (only about 3,500 miles) had an unexpected issue (a driver side lower control arm issue). Fortunately, Sam handled my case promptly on a busy Saturday morning. He quickly provided an accurate initial diagnosis, which significantly streamlined the subsequent repair process. The repair my car needed was done just fine, all employees were friendly and capable. I am not completely thrilled with the detail job though, as there is a smear of red curb paint on the right front side (my bad) that should have been buffed off. Otherwise good job.

Customer services is clearly not a priority. I walked in and there were 5 people on computers and no customers in line. It took about 5 mins of me standing there to even be acknowledged. After my car was clearly done (I could see it parked outside it took 30mins for someone to contact me for checkout . That is even after I nicely asked at desk if I could check out as I was in a rush

Checking in was great and everything was explained perfectly, but as usual although the sheet says the air pressure was checked, it wasn't adjusted in my instruments and the pressure is a bit low in my tires. This is an ongoing issue at this dealership every time I've had my car serviced.

First of all it took 2 hours for an oil change. If they are running behind call me and let me know to show up later. Kind of ridiculous. Second, they finally finish with my truck, I get in and there is oil on my steering wheel and door from someone’s dirt hands. Completely unacceptable. They did clean it, but it never should have happened in the first place. Needless to say I will probably not go back.

I am not happy with the service I received at this location for many good reasons. 1. Work was not completed as per quote estimate and the work done was shabby. The rear back hatch panel was not installed back on correctly, and is loose and missing parts to hold it in place. (suppose to find and repair issue with why back hatch wont open and rear wiper only working on occasion) Issues were not resolved, reinstall of interior panel not resolved, missing item from back hatch not resolved. 2. When (after 7 hours of waiting in lobby) I finally got my car back (not all work completed) I noticed two items were missing from my car. One item was under the back seat (missing music cd case) and another item Emergency roadside bright yellow safety vest was removed from closed up cubby in back hatch location. I contacted the sales person in service department at Everett Chevrolet to learn the reason for these issues, and I am still awaiting a call back. I will not recommend this location for service, or future vehicle purchases to any friends, relatives or business partners because of these issues. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service received from the automotive technicians. If the missing items from my vehicle are returned to me, (because for some reason thy were taken out of my rig by accident, then I may reconsider my thoughts about this dealership service department. Otherwise, the service management needs to know that theft of items from customers vehicles is an unacceptable business practice.

I put Jake and Dallas in a tight spot when I went down to get a new vehicle my credit had taken a serious downturn not leaving me in a great place. Back and forth me to Jake to Dallas which went a couple rounds. Finally I got a call that they have the vehicle I wanted. It was a bit more than I expected to pay but then at the last moment I told them who I worked for and that I was military. It was a good thing as it lowered my payment and within an hour, everything had been completed and I drove out with my 2026 Chevrolet Trax ACTIV. I couldn’t be much happier than I was. All the. Ella and whistles I asked for and got. This is the second vehicle I bought from them and if I’m still here in a couple years, I’ll be knocking on their door again. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
